VueThru, Inc., is a specialty graphic design and print company located in Las Vegas, NV.  Founded by Jay Gresham in 2000.  Our address is VueThru, Inc.  2576 Deora Way, Henderson, NV 89052. Following the Coronavirus our offices are closed to the public,  call for appointment.

 

Production Time Frames & Shipping Information:

Most orders are custom designed and produced.  Please call for details. (Orders paid by check will be produced after the check clears).  International orders.  We are a US based company and our sizes are in (British) Imperial Units (inches).  We give a close CM sizes, but the exact size is in Inches. If you need an exact CM size please put that request in the order comments.

 

How much does shipping cost:

VueThru ships with all major carriers.  Cost vary depending on project.

 

SHIPPING and Lower Quantity details:

VueThru.com offers SHIPPING via FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, and USPS Priority Mail on Orders of Consumer Lenticular Lens Products shipped within the United States.  VueThru.com customers have been asking for lower minimums and we heard you.  New Lower Minimums are now available on many products.

 

Shipping to all Countries outside the United States:

Please note that shipments from the United States to other countries may involve taxes, import duties, customs-related fees, or other charges beyond our control, for which the recipient is responsible. Please be assured that we do not receive any portion of any fees that you may be required to pay in connection with import taxes or duties imposed by your government.

 

Please also note that because of the difficulty in verifying credit cards issued outside the United States and Canada, orders with non-US and Canadian credit cards may require a wire transfer of funds.

 

Refund Policy:

Products ordered from VueThru, Inc., are Custom made to your order specifications.  Products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects.  VueThru, Inc., will do everything possible to insure you are completely satisfied with your order.  If you are not delighted with your purchase return unused items for your money back.  You must contact our office within 7 days of purchase at 702-897-6185 for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA).   Any return without a RMA will not be accepted. (Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Privacy Notice:

Anyone can visit our website without entering any personal information and therefore remain anonymous during their visit. If and when you order products from VueThru, Inc., we will ask for certain information required to complete the order. The information requested online is the same information requested when ordering our products by mail or telephone. This information is required for completing the order, billing and security purposes only.

When you order products from VueThru, Inc., online, your personal and credit card information is encrypted over a secure server. This will help to ensure that the information will arrive privately and unaltered to our server only, and will protect against interception over the Internet. Please note that Email is not encrypted and not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. Regardless of the safeguards we employ, please remember that "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet.
